We combine our experience in corporate leadership development with a deep knowledge and understanding of the higher education landscape. We are seasoned coaches, facilitators and leadership instructors’ expert at guiding our clients to develop and capitalize on their leadership potential. Our expertise encompasses leadership development, executive coaching, career management and transition, and team effectiveness and training.

We are trained and certified in multiple assessments outlined below, and specialize in the highly regarded emotional intelligence assessment, EQ-I 2.0 Leadership Report and EQ 360 Report, published by Multi-Health Systems.

EXPERIENCE

Christine Sullivan has a background in higher education administration and corporate sales and marketing. Her areas of specialty include leadership development, executive coaching and facilitation, program development and career management. Most recently she served as the Career Services Manager at Boston Consulting Group. Chris was a senior director with Harvard Business School, where she had broad strategic oversight for alumni engagement and lifelong career management for HBS alumni worldwide. In addition, she was a frequent presenter and coach for HBS executive education programs focused on women’s leadership. Chris has also held positions Boston College, Carroll Graduate School of Management, Simmons College and Massachusetts Financial Services.

Christine Tetreault has experience in corporate and higher-education management, human resources, executive coaching, and career management program development. Most recently she served as a Learning Consultant within Global Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at John Hancock/Manulife. She has held leadership positions in career services at Harvard Business School, Bridgewater State University, Northeast­ern University, Simmons College, and Prudential Financial, Inc. Christine is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Christine has completed the Management Institute for Women in Higher Education, HERS, New England at Wellesley College, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrator, (NASPA) Mid-Level Leadership Institute and Prudential Management Development Training Program. Christine is a frequent presenter to alumni groups, professional associations and conferences.
